Erf 1 Property group has a large property portfolio that they have personally developed in areas such as Route 21 as well as other areas of Pretoria

Our offices are situated in Route 21, assisting us to be just an office block away.

Our main aim is to capture market share and to offer on hand services to our tenants as well as to those Landlords that need this service and assistance.

We strive to develop relationships with our tenants and we pride ourselves in attending to all related issues within 24 hours of reporting.
